Thank you for your interest in Pre-Ordering from our small business! Below we hope to answer any questions you might have regarding the Pre-Order shipping process.

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer.

How long will it take to arrive?

Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will deliver them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item is ready for delivery with a tracking number. If you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order we will deliver once your complete order is in stock. Please note that some items may arrive before others. 

 

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 20 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
